We checked in at 12:50am on June 15, 2019. We took our 3 kids up to the room (number 214). My husband and son went to get something we forgot in the car. When they got back I saw something on the sheets, and went over to see what it was. It was a bed bug. I took a picture and looked up on the internet to make sure I was right. We left right away. At the front desk we were told they didn't know how to check us out, print us a receipt, or not charge our card. That we needed to call I. The morning

to talk to the manager. We took another picture when we left of the hotel. In the morning we called to talk to the manager and were told he is out for a week. But responds to email, and that he would look into it when he got back and call us. So we emailed him pictures, and waited for a call that never came. I called again 3 more times and was told he is out each time. We called the credit card company and disputed the charge, as we were there only 10 minutes.
