Very difficult woman the caretaker and her husband im one of the units infected. Sandy Ross the caretaker is the cause of the bedbugs and doesn't care how is affecting tenants lives, her response is if i dont like bedbugs move,please avoid this miserable old lady and her disgusting building she is the true BEDBUG QUEEN AVOID AVOID
