I’ve been here since 2016 and this is the third time I’ve had bedbugs. The first two times I caught the single bug that bit me, and now this third time is horrible.

The pest inspector said that my boarders in my apartment are old and needs to be replaced, and That’s how they’re most likely getting in here.

The landlord is only renovating apartments for new tenants to move in, and I am not paying extra rent or electricity for a face lift. There’s a COVID19 pandemic and our buildi

It was in early July 2010 when I started to get bites. I thought they were mosquito bites for a few weeks. I then heard about bed bugs on the rise in NYC. I researched their bites and found that the row of bites that bed bugs make is what I had. Then one night, I saw a shell of a bed bug on my bed. I sprayed down my mattress with store bought sprays and had the exterminator come. I washed all my clothes and vacumed everywhere. I am still in the process of having the exterminator come. Ri

ght now I am sleeping on an inflatable mattress to not get bit.

This is on the 19th floor and I am worried that they are coming in through the walls of other apartments. I am getting ready to move out and do not want to carry them to my new place.

November 2009,i woke up to an itching bug bite at 3am. I assummed it was a flying insect but couldn't see any as it was winter. the next night i got bitten again. I woke up and checked my bed. i found a tiny red bug and was horrified. the next day i went to maintenance and was informed that there were several apartments infested with bed bugs. i had the exterminator in for 2 consecutive weeks and took all the necessary precautions advised by them. i believed it worked. but here it is january 20

10 and again i got bitten. now i got rid of my rug and once again am going through the exterminating process. i was told that there are several apartments infested but i have never seen anyone wash as many clothes as i have in the last few weeks. i am horrified, disgusted and mad. I thought I moved into the apartment of my dreams but it's been a nightmare.
