8/2021 we had our first bed bug siting. We acted quickly and removed the bed, bagged up our clothes and alerted the landlord. However, as the other apartments have not been fumigated, and we live on the top floor. We are confident they will come back. Especially after seeing this previous posting.

I only hope the landlord takes this problem seriously and evacuates everyone in order to get rid of this building wide bed bug problem for future tenants. Instead of telling its tenants, its not a

big deal and will go away with a spot treatment.

Lived in this building 2019-2020. Had to deal with bed bugs 3 weeks after moving in, and again 6 months later. Seems to be a larger building problem that has not been properly resolved. We moved after our second treatment as we did not want to have to deal with it again.
