- Bedbugs discovered in Apt 5A. Tenant bitten.
- Landlord does not notify tenants but laundry room is closed reportedly b/c that's where bedbugs were found.
- Building owner Arnold Marshall (Triton Realty) sprays apt but does he fumigate adjacent apt. or those directly above & below as required by law.


AUGUST 2019
- New tenant moves in and requests fumigation for roach infestation. Apart sprayed by landlord.


EARLY OCTOBER 2019
- Bedbug infestation recurs. Tenant finds

bedbug. Landlord sprays apt. Refuses to treat walls internally. Does not spray adjoining apartments.


MID OCTOBER 2019
- Bedbug infestation recurs. Tenant sustain continued bites. Unable to sleep.
- Landlord sprays but refuses to treat adjacent apartment or treat walls internally.
- Assistant says Marshall "wants to see if spray treatment works"and problems recur before he will consider treating walls internally.
- Request to speak to Marshall several times. Am told he is in office 3:00AM to 9:00AM.
- Tenant pays $450 to properly discard infested furniture (i.e., it is wrapped in plastic and handled by professionals in hazmet suit).
- Other tenants ask why he is wearing hazmet suit. When told of bedbug infestation, one says "not again."
