65 Cooper St
New York, NY 10034

Found 2 reports:

After weeks of bites, I discovered bedbugs on 12/15 (in bedframe and bedside table). Informed management same day.

Instead of reporting the infestation to the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (as required by law) management (A. M. Katz Real Estate) decided to treat the infestation via their own exterminator. The treatment did not work, and the infestation is ongoing.

Because they did not report to the HPD, this address does not appear on the official HPD bedbug regis

try.

Several other adjacent buildings are throwing out mattresses with suspicious markings that look like bedbug feces.

Landlord is also currently attempting to rent out other units in the same building despite being aware of the infestation.
