Moved into this apartment (third floor) not long ago. Was itchy for a while but couldn't figure out why until I started finding bedbugs. The place has since been sprayed, but nothing happened to fix anything. They're now back, and as a result I'm itchier than ever. Having read that they're all over the third floor, I suspect that no amount of spraying single units is going to fix anything.

Tons of bed bugs on the 3rd floor. Tons. There are so many units infested that I'm afraid to have my girlfriend over, for fear she'll take some home with her.

I'm afraid to complain to management because they are already kicking someone out because of their unwillingness to deal with the bugs and his constant insistence that they do. But what can I do. I can't move. I'll just take them with me.

There should really be some sort of government service to manage these issues. Property manager

s are often too cheap to really "deal" with the issue from what I've heard, which is why it takes so long to fix it. If there were more regulations to control the spread of bed bugs, we might not have this problem in the first place.

Have lived here for a few years and don't have any bugs nor heard of any...Seems to be an issue on the third floor of the building from what people are saying.

Since August, Bedbugs. They've sprayed a few times, but now they are telling me I've already been sprayed (over a month ago), and that there is nothing to do. They are telling me they do not want to spray anymore. This makes no logical sense, because if they DON'T spray, then the bugs will reproduce (and other people already have them too, and other units have been sprayed)...

Management isn't handling the situation. They are spraying only individual units at a time. They do so maybe every 4-

6 weeks. The result? You've long ago vacuumed up the chemicals, and so there's no longer any poison after a week or two. As a result, they again multiply, and the issue compounds itself over and over.

Management is absolutely unwilling to deal with the situation now.

Management says :"THERE IS NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DO FOR YOU. YOU ARE FREE TO MOVE IF YOU WANT." gee... thanks... but I can't afford to move... if I could, I wouldn't be living in a place like this. Slum lords run this place. They don't care about their tenants. They just want to make money.

If you want to live in a bug infested s%^t hole, this is the place for you.... SEVERAL MONTHS now... I'm pretty confident at least one of my neighbors is responsible for one of the other reports.

The ent

ire 3rd floor seems to be infested, or very near it.

When asked what they are going to do they said they have done everything they can... which amounts to a poison that only kills the bugs, not the eggs... so the eggs hatch a week after they poison the place. BAM infested again.

The only reason I don't move RIGHT NOW is because I can't financially do it.

Whenever I call management they are rude to me, they have even yelled several times while I am trying to calmly explain the situation.

They blame this problem on me, yet 4 other apartments had bed bugs around me BEFORE I was even bitten one time. The Braemer pest control guy says the bugs are coming from other apartments into mine, that it is clearly not my own issue...

Management tells me I'm free to leave and break my lease, after accusing me of being the root of the problem which I'm clearly not. I explain, I cannot afford to do this right now and that I simply wish this situation to change. They said there is "NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DO FOR YOU. YOU ARE FREE TO MOVE"

FOUR MONTHS NOW WITH BEDBUGS

I have been dealing with Bed Bugs since July now...it is october 27th now... Management in this building doesn't give a rats #ss. Each time they spray it's like several weeks after the previous spraying, so the bedbugs resurge... they only ever do a single apartment, knowing that others have them too.... they do one apartment one week, another two weeks later.... DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BITTEN EVERY DAMN NIGHT BETWEEN 1am and 3am... I wake up with

bugs on me actively BITING me... they keep telling me not to worry and that they'll take care of it, but the tone of their voice and the amount of time it takes them to do anything says otherwise. 4 months now with the bugs and I now find out my neighbor next to me has bedbugs, which is probably why I don't have a full blown infestation... I get bit several times most nights, but apparently I am not "infested" says the exterminator, upon inspecting my place...so they're coming from my neighbor...

WHAT THEY NEED TO DO IS SPRAY EVERY APARTMENT ON THE FLOOR (if not the whole building) AND THE HALLWAYS...and they need to do this more than once, or they will come back.

Bed bugs Bed BUG.... BED BUG!!!!!!!!! it's 135am, and I've woken up again in the middle of the night to the searing after pain of incredibly itchy bed bug bites. I found the bug as it slunk away and crushed it... but it is the 5th bug I have physically killed. I've had my place steamed (Thoroughly), and poisoned. I was told that the bugs came from another apartment that had been sprayed, and that apparently the management did not want to do a thorough job, as a thorough job means spraying other

apartments, halls, etc.... and is expensive...

I would move, but I'm financially locked here. I'm a student with just enough funds to keep me here...This is affecting my studies in university... I can't get sleep.... I'm always itchy... I'm not getting things read because I'm too tired from lack of sleep to read them...

DON'T MOVE HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT BUGS BITING YOU ALL NIGHT! This isn't the first time this has happened...

First Fleas, then Fleas again, then Bed Bugs, and now Fleas again... I'm clean. I don't have pets... and I never leave the apartment. All four times in just the year I've been there... and each time I have had to tolerate being bitten for weeks on end.

Another thing... the super of this dump NEVER CLEANS... You see the same little bits of dirt and grime every day, every week, every month...

When I got bed bugs, it was because another tenant had them and was sprayed, so they fled his place

, into mine, and infested my place... I can't count how many times I've had to pick fleas off my legs in the hall ways... If you want to live in a dirty, poorly managed apartment, and get bit several times a year each time for several weeks straight, move here... otherwise, find a better place to live.

There's a reason the rent is SO CHEAP...
