The super in the building is always high. He'd rather sit in his apartment and smoke a joint than do any service calls. Such a lazy skid.

MAJOR MAJOR infestion in Apt 4 of this building. Came home from work one afternoon and noticed a couch outside by the garbage dumpster. Out of curiousity (bedbugs are nothing new to this building as per the previous posting) I walked over to it and portions of the couch were completely covered with dead bedbugs. I've never seen so many in one place before. It was disguisting. Been told over a week ago that the apartment is going to be sprayed by an exterminator but seen no action. But then

again it took them close to 6 months to fix my small bathroom floor with excuse after excuse so I am not holding my breath. Definitely a slumlord. You think the place could be sprayed within days of the infestion but this has been over a week. But then again they allow tenants to bring in other people's garbage from dumpsters so I am not holding my breath. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT BEDBUGS!!

Bed bugs have been in this address for at least the last 2 months. There are tenants that live at this address who rummage through garbage bins around the area to locate pop bottles to return to bottle depots as well as other items they find of use to sell at their make-shift yard sales they have along the sidewalks of Primrose Street. The sad thing about this is the issue has been reported to the on-site superintendent with no follow up action by them at all. NO exterminators have been to th

e address at all. I personally just lost my job and can not afford to have and exterminator come to the address. I have no idea where to turn or what to do....PLEASE HELP!!!! There is something wrong with waking up in the middle of the night covered in bites and to get up and discover your cats in the kitchen chasing these bed bugs along the floor. This is by no means an exaggeration of any kind. This is a real problem that deserves a real solution.
