We were in Unit 1201/204. Bedbugs were discovered in November 2007. Treatments began in Dec and continued through Feb 2008. A new tenant moved in this month (July 2008). I assume the carpet was changed and apartment painted at that time. Tenants have also moved out of 1201/203 and 103. Hopefully the problem has been taken care of.

The entire building has had problems with bedbugs. We discovered them when my roommate awoke to find them crawling all over her!! This was after we thought she had hives for 3 months (apparently she has an allergic reaction to them, making the bites swell up larger). During that time, we were in contact with our apartment management about possible allergens/problems and NEVER did they mention that the apartment next door and an apartment above us had serious problems with bedbugs. Then, after

we discovered them, they tried to tell us it was our fault, from traveling. That was in November 2007. Since then, we've found them twice more, which means we've received treatment a total of 3 times in the past 6 months! And the apartment management was frustrating and uncooperative the entire time.

We also know of at least 5 other units in a building w/ 16 that have had problems; there are probably more because management refuses to spray the entire building at once, which allows the bugs to just run back and forth between units.

We cannot wait to move out!
