I lived here when Liberty Investments owned the building, our managers were the Browns. This building was the cleanest and best run buildings in Vancouver. They made sure that there investment was well taken care of, suites always got new carpeting, paint etc. I lived in 506 and then moved to 1201. The browns left and a new European guy took over. I had a corner parking spot which was a bigger spot , i lucked out when i moved in , at the time i had a larger car, i then downsized to a smaller car

. This manager pounced on me the day he was moving in telling me he should have that spot , i said wtf? ive been living here i dont care if your the manager or not. I went right to Libery investments and reported him, i was told to ignore him and they would speak to him about this. Not a week later he was on my ass again about the spot, he also said this is a no pet building, well maybe you should check records my pets were approved when i moved in, omg he was on me and on me and on me, i finally told him to eff right off and if he bothered me anymore i would take my contract when i moved in and go to residential tenancy branch and put in a complaint. he said go ahead, i said you may run things like this in Eastern Europe but this not how places are managed in Canada. omg it got so bad i caught him listening at my door, i heard something it wa about 1am my dog woke me up he started to growl so i got up, i sneaked up to the door, i looked and saw him duck from the peephole, i snuck into my kitchen got a broom and opened my mail slot and slammed the stick through it. well i got a yelp. then i opened the door and chased him , he said he was going to charge me, i said go ahead, i have yu on tape sneaking around my door at this hour . well needless to say i neve got charged but he did have a black eye . i ended my tenancy 3 months later. Now i dont know if he is still there, i wish i could remember his name but this building went from a 10 down to a 2 by the time i moved. such a shame , but thats what happens when you allow asian buyers here, they dont maintain properties and Ive seen it time and time again. I loved my suite on the 12th floor, it was small but had a nice patio . i cried when i left , but im a quiet person who keeps to himself and to be harassed the way i was no apartment was worth that.

Sever invasion of bedbugs in the building and units. Although some reported units are treated, bedbugs keep existing. Seems this building has long history of bedbugs.

Bed bugs have been noticed a few times. Owners do nothing about that. Never move in to this building.

Bed bugs regularly appear. Individual apartments get treatment but the property owners are so cheap that they don't treat the neighbouring apartments so the problem never gets fixed. I finally had to move.
