We stayed at the Quality Inn in Seattle on Sept.14. Bed beds were found in our first room, number 229 and then again when we were moved to room 501. Hotel personnel were not helpful at all and refused to let us speak to a manager. They had no clear procedures to follow and only complained about being alone at the front desk. After moving out at 11:00 PM at night to a Comfort Inn who very efficiently processed us and let us do our laundry, they reported to us that they had heard two other guests at

the Quality Innn had reported problems .
We have to wait to speak to a general manager on Monday for reimbursement of our second room and replacement of our possibly contaminated luggage.I do have photos of the bugs and the welts on my husband's back.

I had stayed in room 905 starting October 15. On October 16th, I had mysterious bites up my arms, right foot, back, neck, shoulders and two on my face. Then we saw one in the blankets and trapped it in the complimentary cups. I have pictures including the bed bug in the hotel room to show.
