Woke up with bites in the morning on two different people in two different beds, looked under the mattress and saw a big bedbug. Talked to the manager about it and he said that the maid would take care of it and we should move rooms. (Bedbugs are really more of an exterminator issue and not a maid issue so I didn't understand what he meant). We were hesitant but tried moving into another room and looked under the mattresses - again bedbug poop was all over the underside of a mattress. After lett
