Would rate it zero- had the worst experience- we booked this motel last minute, because we were tired of driving back to UT from Vegas after a long trip- in LA and Vegas- during Thanksgiving 2013.
- they gave us a room that smelled of sweat- and the pillows and sheets seemed to not have been cleaned at all - found bed bugs in the morning in the bed.
If we weren't dead-tired I would have left as soon as I saw the room.
Customer service in the morning was abominable as well- when we went
to return the key we wanted to mention the bedbugs and the unclean room- but they dismissed us as if they know they gave us the worst room..so we left without addressing the issue.
Please do yourself a favor and shelve a few extra dollars for any of the other reasonably priced motels in St. George.
