On spring break, 3/17/11, booked double room for family of four. As soon as we got in the room, we saw a spot on one of the pillows. The spot was a dead bedbug. After further looking, found live , large, mature bedbugs on cover and under sheets. Immediately went back to front desk to check out. Was offered another room, but declined for fear of other infestation.
