On Friday, 03/30/2012, I checked into the Super 8 Brookhollow NW in Houston, TX. On first inspection I noticed the toilet dirty, thought nothing of it.
I went to sleep in the bed with a spring stabbing me in the back from under the pillow top and still pushed on with sleep. Suddenly I felt something on me, further inspection lead me to determine the bed had bed bugs. After checking out the staff then double billed our credit card and refused a refund.
