This place was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in! My mother, brother, sister, and I all stayed in the same room--and it was filthy. When my brother lifted up the covers on his bed to get in for the night, he said it looked like someone 'had been murdered' in there. We looked, and he was right. There were red splotches all over the box spring that looked like blood, or vomit, or worse. The next morning when we woke up, my mother went to take a shower--and found a COCKROACH in the showerhead!
Disgusting! We also didn't find out until later, but there were bedbugs in the mattresses. My entire family awoke with itchy bumps all over our backs, arms, and necks. When we reported what happened, the employees at the front desk assured us they would take care of the problem. However, when we returned that night, nothing had changed at all. My brother and I both woke up with new bites on our skin, and nothing had been cleaned out, save for the cockroach in the shower.
