Booked a room at this property. When my husband and I got there we found that the room didn't have a fridge as we had requested. We called down to the desk and they advised that they would send up a fridge. I got an uneasy feeling about the room. It looked dated and smelled musty. I told my husband to call them back and tell them that I wanted another room. He did and they agreed to change the room. When we entered the new room I noticed that it looked and smelled just as the previous room did.

My husband and I were so tired that we decided not to pursue a change of hotels. BIG MISTAKE! As I was preparing to retire for the night, my husband noticed a bug on my shirt. Instantly when I saw it I thought, "Bed Bug." We jumped out of bed and immediately lifted the mattress. What we saw was horrifying. It was a stampeed of bed bugs! We quickly dressed and loaded our vehicle.
When we went to the front desk to report this, the girl at the desk didn't seem to be too perturbed at all by our findings. She was very matter of fact. She did offer to change our room. We told her that was not an option for us and that we had just traveled over 900 miles to get there. It was now midnight. We had no intention of looking for another hotel(we were traveling w/ 2 small dogs). We left and drove the 925 miles home. That was the end of our trip. I suppose it could have been worse. I am sure if we hadn't left when we did we would have been physically victimized by these bugs. However, we were forced to fumigate all of our belongings. This place is most deffinitely OVERRUN WITH THESE BUGS! It's going to take a major overhaul to fix the problem...We asked for a phone call from the manager........We got nothing.

Stayed at this hotel April 15, 2012 for one night. Did not check bedding. Woke early the next morning and saw bedbugs crawling on sheets and blood smears. Notified management, got a refund, and left hotel. Will not stay at this hotel again!
