Girlfriend stayed at the location during her medical interviews.
Stayed two nights and noticed rashes the first night after. At the time she attributed the itching and redness to other conditions.
The morning after the second night she finally identified the issue after seeing visible bites on her face.
She was informed from hotel staff that the manager would not be in until 9am and that nothing could be escalated until then.
She was not immediately transfered to a different room.

On September 5th, a bed bug was found in the sheets of a twin bed. The front office was alerted and we were promptly moved to a new room. Checked for bed bugs and no reports of any in new room. Bed bug was dead and could have been brought in from the floor of the hotel on socks. no other bed bugs were found after careful investigation. ALWAYS CHECK UNDER THE MATTRESSES!!
