We stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Camp Hill,PA on June 14th and 15th. Upon arrival to the hotel it was found to be dirty and had a musty odor. The carpets were filthy and the room lights had dead bugs in them. We were there for a soccer tournament and had over sixteen rooms booked. In order not to complain and make problems for the gentleman that booked the hotel for our group we chose to say nothing. On the 15th of June we noticed a bedbug in multiple rooms that our group was staying in.

We immediately went to the desk and complained. Joanna was very helpful and courteous to us while we were in a state of panic. She managed to secure rooms for eight families that were in the same block of rooms. The other families were on different levels. Joanna also told us that the Radisson Hotel was fully booked and that they have been so busy that they did not have a chance to exterminate this week after an international bus had just stayed with them. The eight families moved to the hotel that was secured for us. We were all told that she would be reimbursing us for the entire stay at the Radisson Hotel. When We returned home I noticed that she only reimbursed us for one day stay. When I called the hotel and spoke with Jeff, who was the manager on for the day, he insisted that we used the Hotel services for the first night and would not reimburse us for that night. This is a terrible way to do business and does not promote positive customer satisfaction.Myself as well as the group that I was with feel that we should be reimbursed for the entire stay at the Hotel. Thank You.
