We checked into this hotel August 31, 2013 and I could not sleep due to being itchy...my husband insisted it was in my head. Well the next morning we wake up and where the sheets had come off the bed was a bedbug. We then ripped the sheets off and immediatly saw small spots of blood all over the sheets. In total we killed 3 adult bed bugs. The manager (Andy ,i believe)refused a refund or to come to the room so we could show him. We are now spending our Sunday morning (9am) in a lancaster laundry
