May 27, 2012 - Stayed at this Super 8 in Milan and in the morning as we were getting up found a bed bug. Only one of us were bitten (multiple bites). I told the Hotel Manager and showed him the bite marks. He was professional in the discussion, yet his response implied this was not the first time. Having previous experience of bed bugs, I know they multiply... so you must was everything. We took all our belonging immediately to have laundered in high heat temps (An extra expense for the trip I h
ad not planned to spend). The manager, while friendly and concerned, said he could not offer any discount or anything because I booked through Priceline. He did give me his name and number and suggested I call priceline.

On Friday, Oct. 22nd, I sent my son to Milan OH for a wrestling camp at Burnett Wrestling. He, one other wrestling and the other wrestlers father stayed at your hotel. They awoke at 2am to bed bugs biting them. They reported this to the front desk and were given another hotel room. That room was checked and no bugs to report.
