House Keeping and Management inspect rooms daily and report no occurances since the original report in 2008 which they confirmed.

I have visited this facility bi-weekly now for over a year and a half and am impressed with the new owners improvements and maintainance standards.

There were bed bugs living underneath the mattress. I had even checked as soon as we went into the room, but I missed them because I only looked around the edges of the mattress. In the morning I had over a dozen bites, and when we flipped the mattress over, there were bed bugs.

We notified the staff and they said they would take care of it promptly and (obviously) not let out the room to anyone else until it was taken care of. The owner was not there at th
