We stayed here while shopping inNYC. In the middle of the night my daughter screamed there is bugs in my bed. Flip te comforter back and there were tons of red bugs and bed bugs with blood spots all over the sheets. Decided to check my bed I found 3 bugs. At 2 am I had to get my kids up and sleep in my car. I was given a reimbursement but this should have to be told to customers by law. If I take a bug home my entire home would be infested. So man stories if how people ha psyc
hological issues behind infestation o bed bugs. Do not stay here please!

Checked in to hotel Friday 4/8/11. Upon check in we pulled back the sheets & blankets. We found a "bug" in one bed crawling along the sheets. The second bed had small blood marks on the mattress pad, it was bright red so there is no way it had been laundered. Housekeeping assured us the bug was not a "bed-bug" and tried to say the blood spots were rust from the washing machine. They moved us to another room as we were with a group so we could not leave. The second room had different bed co
verings and the mattresses were actually in zipped liners in this room. However our door would not lock so everytime we were out of the room anyone could have entered our room. Reported to front desk and it was never fixed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed here due to inclement weather on my way back home after the blizzard over the holidays - Dec 2010. I was bitten all over my face, and my brother found a bed bug crawling on him after leaving the hotel. His girlfriend also had bites. We reported this to them after leaving and they said they'd look into it. Apparently they found signs of more, because they gave us a full refund for our night's stay. Not a surprise being right outside the tunnel, but if you end up with no choice but to stay
here, leave your bags in the car and check the bed!

It was the weekend Oct 16th. A friend and i went to north bergen to visit a friend and hang out in the new york city. I knew the city had a problem but did not think it was in NJ. We checked the beds quickly as I was not entirely sure what to look for. They looked clean so we stayed the night. In the morning I went to take a shower and one fell out of my shirt. I checked my body and could not see bite marks (I later learned that it takes time for some people to react to bites) I asked my friend
if he had seen any, he said he woke up and felt and killed a bug but didnt pay to much mind since he was sleepy. We then proceeded to check the beds and found blood stains. The maids were outside in the hallway so we called them in and as I was showing her the blood stain, we saw a bed bug crawling.
