Stayed at the hotel for work travel for the week. Stayed on the 2nd flk we oor. Woke up with bites and saw black bedbug droppings on the sheets. Spoke with the hotel staff and they were understanding and moved me to the 4th floor. A few days later I had bites on my legs which may have came from the desk chair.

This place has a serious bedbug issue that needs to be solved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I stayed at this hotel Feb 2, 2021 and had bug bites the next day. I notified Marriott and have heard nothing back. Avoid.

Found a bite and a live bug in the morning, fresh blood in the bug when I killed it.

We stayed here after super storm Sandy. My toddler got bites on both legs, one arm and a few on his face....we've stayed here before and had no issue so I got it checked out by two dermatologists, who confirmed that they were bed bug bites....we are still treating them, this is horrible and frightening!.....will not go back

Stayed in this hotel from January 23 to January 27, 2012. A couple of bites appeared the next day and I attributed them to the airplane seat. Then the next morning I had more of them on my upper torso and yet on check out day I had them on my face. Have stayed at this hotel many times in the last few years as I work from time to time out of the airport but will not feel comfortable there again.

Spent one night here on 7/19/11 and saw no sign of bed bugs. Searched the mattress (which was brand new), box spring, headboard, and various nooks around the room. Woke up the next morning with no sign of bites either.

@ The Captain - I have pictures, videos and receipts documenting my stay and my bed bug experience at this hotel.

I stand by my comments and will tell everyone I know to avoid this hotel.

I have stayed at this property many times due to the fact I work for the airlines and have never experienced a bed bug problem. The staff is always eager to help and is super friendly. If I were the customer reporting the problem I would double check the location I stayed at before spreading negative feedback.

This is your captain speaking.

Stayed on Jan 26th to be near the airport during a snow storm.

I felt something crawl on my neck and I jumped out of bed and turned the light on. I found my first bed bug. I captured it in a cup and then found a nest of them under a mattress corner.

The staff did not seem overly concerned or worried. We got moved to another room. I didn't get much sleep after that.

I noticed the pillows had strange markings that may have been bed bug stains.

Avoid this hotel.
