12/27/19. Found adult live bed bug on the bed. Cheryl could care less and says they have never heard of bed bugs in this hotel when I asked if they have had any before. No apology. The heat in the room was on super high when we walked in so my guess is that it’s a known problem.

The previous reports are not true. The hotel is very clean, and has no issues of bed bugs.

Found Bedbugs in room on first floor in September.
Told front desk and they called in another manager. Tried to give us another room but refused to acknowledge bedbugs so we left without a refund.
