Stayed in room 133 the night of 1/16/14. Woke up to find many bites. Found the bugs and when I called the front she denied it was bed bugs but, I looked them up on the internet and found pictures exactly like the bugs. I have many bites and am suffering with the pain.

I asked the clerk to notify the manager but, he was not there and I was never contacted by the him.

Hi, I have stayed at this hotel many times and had always been satisfied until August of 2011 when I was dropping my daughter off at HPU, and the cost of my stay was refunded upon my request. On the 3rd night of our stay I found a bed Bug on the pillow. I pulled apart the bedding and found a Bed Bug convention. Bugs of all sizes, some dead, some shed skins and black tell tale stains all over. This explained the 17 red bites along my hairline! We called the manager and packed our bags. The hotel

was booked solid so the manager reserved another hotel for us and we left. I did inform the new hotel about the bed bugs. The nightmare began when I got home to Long Island. We left everything but ourselves in the car and immediately put the clothes on our backs in the washer/dryer and showered. The next day I started to inspect our bags and found a bed bug. Thank goodness we didn't bring them in! I then had to freeze, wash and dry, microwave or heat everything in my car, and I mean everything. I heated my car to 130 with a space heater. I still have sealed bags in the garage and will leave them till spring. My car had been loaded with camping gear and all the stuff my daughter decided that she didn't need from the storage bin she had rented in High Point before coming home for the summer. I threw away 3 three suitcases because I wouldn't chance it.

We had been in our room for a couple of days and were moderately satisfied with most everything. The evening of our 3rd night, I realized that I had been noticing my daughter scratching more than a person should. We inspected her body and found rai

sed, irritated red bumps. We then inspected our bed. Of course, what else did we find? Bed Bugs. The clerk apologized in a way like he wasn't surprised. He was nice, but not comforting at all.
