We are sorry you feel the room was not clean upon your arrival, we strive to inspect all rooms and make sure they are very clean in preparation for the next guest who stays with us. As to your belief that the room you stayed in had bed bugs, I can assure you that we take the claim of bedbugs very seriously. After you left our management staff inspected your room. And to be extra cautious we hired a licensed exterminator who is licensed in bedbugs and bedbug removal. Th

ey gave us a certified approval that there has not been and are not any traces of bedbugs in that room or that bed. We sincerely apologize that you were unhappy with your stay, We hope you give us another opportunity to show you what an enjoyable stay you can have with us.
