Arrived 10/16/2021. Upon arrival we were approached with a video from a couple leaving the building of bed bugs. After talking with the front desk staff he confirmed they have had bed bugs in the past. This location is beyond filthy along with illegal activitie. We left immediately and are still fighting for a refund.

Arrived on 10/16/2021. This hotel was beyond filthy and infested with bed bugs captured on video by a couple leaving the building as we arrived. We left immediately after we spoke to the front desk and We have been fighting for a refund ever since. This place is illegal.

Checked in to Super 8 in Pevely, MO, on the night of 5/24/2013. Upon laying down on the bed, found a bedbug crawling across the sheets. Put it in a cup and took it to the front desk and showed it to them. I was refunded my money and ended up sleeping in the car.
