On June 6,2011 I was a client at Best Western Plus
Hotel formerly known as Holiday Inn Cromwell Hotel Room 403 and I experience itching and red marks over my arms and back. I came to a conclusion that it may be bed bugs. I made a report to the front desk and they transferred my room to 604 in which I still experience the same thing.I then check my self out of the hotel.This is an epidemic that needs to be addressed. Something needs to be done with about this situation before it happens to someo
ne else. The front desk was not even concerned with my symptoms. They just wanted to transfer my room. I really think the health department needs to come in and inspect this facility to exclude further incidents of people being affected by bed bugs.
