June 23, 2010 room #718. I bed bug was crawling on the outside of my book. I believe they are in the sectional that's in the room, as that's where my book was located. I called the front desk to advise them of the situation and ask if I could get another room. The lady asked me if I was "sure" it was a bed bug. Wow! Reluctantly she said she'd have someone bring me a new room key. No one came up after 20 mins so I checked out and went to a hotel up the street.
