Update to 8/24/20 report of bedbugs at the Crystal Beach hotel. The Carousel Hotel did refund our money thankfully.

At 11 PM on Monday 8/24/20 my 83-year-old mother, brother, and I were getting ready for bed when my brother noticed that he had bites on him so he checked the bed and there were bedbugs. There were bugs in the other bed too. I called the 800 number that I used to book the hotel (Booking.com) and they moved us to different hotel. Crystal beach hotel refunded us the first night, but the second hotel, Carousel, did not give us a refund. It ruined our next day since I was up until 5:30 am on Tuesd

Crystal Beach Hotel on 01/08/2009

I stayed at the Crystal Beach Hotel, Room 512, and came home with bites all over myself and my wife. Our doctor confirmed that we were biten by bedbugs.
