I had a wonderful stay at this location. The General Manager, Mr. Karl Lyons, was extremely professional and hospitable to me and my family. I found no evidence of bed bugs. In fact, the facility was very clean and well maintained.

I want to thank the staff and Mr. Lyons for a wonderful experience. I will be visit the Baltimore area soon and plan to stay at this location again.

I read the report submitted on 10/14/2010 from a previous patron that claims they got bed bugs from the hotel.

I contacted hotel and talked to Kelly the receptionist, she assured me that this hotel DOES NOT have bed bugs. I decided to keep my reservations for my stay on 11/7/2010 at the hotel because of the hotels reassurance. If I get bed bugs, I will file a law suit.

The health and safety of our guests, along with cleanliness of our hotel are top priorities. If a guest reports that he or she may have found bed bugs we take swift action. We immediately place the room out of service and contact a nationally recognized pest control expert to inspect the room and take the necessar

y steps to address the problem. We conduct extensive training with our housekeeping staff and have an efficient daily inspection program in place to identify any potential issues in advance.
