Bed bugs - a live one that I bagged and took a picture of ... we left as soon as we found it. Manager called, but no real apology or anything despite that we had to leave at about 1AM. Date was 8/28/2015

I received two bedbug bites overbite from 1/12/14 - 1/13/14 in room 310. The desk clerk seemed unconcerned when I told him I needed to contact the General Manager to report bedbugs. He gave me her email address and stated she did not have a direct phone number and would not be in the location until Monday.
