We checked in and given rm 214 which had a broken heater, then sent to Rm 200, which we realized had bedbugs and we were scolded for not reporting it the first night instead of the 5th night of a 7 night stay. We were told we could pay for the remaining nights or leave. When we called the main number, they told us they would call us back on the 14th the day after we were supposed to check out, so here we are in DC with no place to stay as we had prepaid our stay and can not be refunded until fur
ther investigation. 11/11/2012 My daughter has a nasty bite on her hand and my husband has bites all over. The manager Mr. Hirem Shaw refused to address the issue and there is no other recourse since we are traveling from far away. They also have no concern for their customers since they continue to rent rooms with no precautions or measures, they said they would check with their pest control people the "next" day...

We stopped there late one night. The first room we were given had a terrible smell. The second room we were given had bed bugs and a dead cockroach under the bed! I wouldn't stay there.
