I stayed in room 213 11/2-11/5/15. I started getting a rash on the second day there. On the last night, I found a bug in my bed(I didn't realize it was a bedbug then). Then when I woke in the morning there was a blood spot on my sheet near my pillow and my neck was covered with a rash. When I followed up to complain when I was back home, I was told I was wrong because I didn't report sooner and the hotel was declared bug free by their experts. I received no apology.
