I stayed on 11/04/2019 in room 219. When I awoke in the morning I was itching and had bites all over my body, I also found live bugs crawling on my skin and pillows. I brought it to the attention of the man at the front desk, he laughed and said nothing. I contacted Wyndham corporate offices and they relayed that they were only the franchisers each motel was owned and operated independently and they bore no responsibility, I also contacted the booking agent, they claimed they contacted the mo

tel and the motel claimed they did not have bed bugs.

I arrived and checked in Room 237 late evening on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Early in the morning Friday March 7, 2014 I left for the day returning about 10:30 PM to discover a bug crawling up the wall. I caught it and put it in a plastic bag. Researching on my smart phone I discovered it to be a bed bug. My research also yielded recommendations to move rooms, expose articles to heat and wrap belongings in plastic bags. I was refused the use of the motel dryers, moved to Room 235 and received

plastic bags upon asking. Almost without exception I found the motel staff to be unconcerned and unaccommodating. The bug has been confirmed to be a bed bug by my local pest agent. I am still disputing the room charge.
