We called and asked about the bed bug report and the person on phone told my cousin there was an incident 2 months ago.

9/18 - Whitestar tours found out that there was a recent infestation. Person in group scheduled to go on 9/19 called the hotel, they admitted issue two weeks ago insisted it was taken care of. Person on TripAdvisor on 9/8 told of bed bug bites from that date.
