on 4-17-2015 my husband, my sister and her family stayed at this hotel one night ONLY! will be checking from now on. Sunday morning 3 out of 5 are scratching boy this makes me mad take better care of your places will never stay here again!

We stayed at this HoJo in St. Augustine in July 2014. I have to admit that I am new to the bed bug monitoring. I wish I had looked this motel up beforehand. My boyfriend came home with a patch of bites behind his left arm. They look just like the bite pictures shown on various internet sites.

We attempted to check into the St Augustine hojo 11/5/2011 around 8 pm. We asked the clerk if there had been any instances of bedbugs. she answered” no,” but acted in a deceptive fashion while answering. We made her agree to refund if the room didn't pass our inspection. We inspected room 125, found numerous live bedbugs in the room. We wrapped one in some toilet tissue & brought it to the desk where they did issue a refund.
