After checking in at the desk I proceeded to the 2nd floor room 224 to check for bedbugs with my highpower flashlight before taking our bags out of the car.
We had two queen beds and the sheets were badly stained. I saw unidentifiable little particles on the edges of and underneath the mattress. When I lifted up the mattress on the passenger side I observed a bed bug. I did not bother to check for life signs or the other bed. I left the room and got my refund from the "surprised" Mrs. Patel.
