i literally found a bed bug, and put it in a bag and submitted at the front desk, this was in 2011 though.

Omg infested!!!!! We checked in after a long flight for 1 night leaving for a cruise the next morning, well the very rude & ignorant Gail checked us in to room 2232 and right away a little bed bug raced across the bed then another up the wall!!!! They switched us to another room that seemed to be ok but what a hassle at 230am!! And "Gail " wasn't much help with her sassy attitude ! Just bc she lives in a bed bug infested house doesn't mean I want to!
