Spent 6 nights at La Quinta Inn Room228 July 2-7/2015.Never realized lower leg/hands& lower arm red pimple like itchy bites were actually bed bug bites till I went home.Realized their was a linear pattern to bites.When I looked up what bed bugs bug bites look like-I was a classic case.

Once bitten, twice shy!! on 08/20/2012

August 3, 2012 - stayed in room 202, received at least 10 bed bug bites after staying one night. Returned August 11 just for a few hours before departing for a flight. Stayed in room 235 and my friend and my little girl received multiple bites. Bed bugs never crossed my mind but they were not like mosquito bites. After researching bed bug bites and seeing other images, I am convenienced we were all bitten by bed bugs.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights April 16th & 17th 2011. Room 109. No bed bugs. No bites. It was a pet friendly room and no excessive scratching noticed by our dog for fleas. We did see a big black bug scury behind the dresser though.

Checked in on Friday night and woke up to use rest room and found several bedbugs on my bed. Informed the manager the next morning and she denied any problem. She switched us to another room and Saturday night around 11 woke up to even more bedbugs. We called housekeeping to look at it and they verified it to be bedbugs. They for the third time moved our room. Today we are checking out and very upset. We are doing eve

La Quinta at the Pier. Room 509. I stayed in the room for 10 days. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate so I did not think bed bugs. Went back to the same room three weeks later for the weekend and was eaten alive. I looked much worse than the photographic examples I have found online. Do not stay in that room. I have stayed at the same hotel in different rooms in between stays with no problem.
