Got bedbug bites all over my back and arms after staying here for 3 nights. Absolutely disgusting. Will never use a HoJo again.

I stayed at this place on numerous times and have never had a problem. Bed bugs can happen anywhere and have nothing to do with cleanliness. I have never had a problem and i stayed here 15+ times due to our direct bill account.

Stayed Oct 31, 2010; found 5 bedbugs in bed with me at 5am. Squished bugs & saw my blood. Saw blood spots on my sleep shirt. Reported to desk clerk who said they were something else, but bugs matched photos of bedbugs taken after feeding as found on internet. Offer of free night/refund by manager, but after request of refund, no answer to my emails. Much time & $ spent trying to eliminate from my luggage & prevent spread to my mom's & my own house.
