We had a severe winter storm and our power had already been out for 4 days. We were scrambling to find a hotel for the nigh but all the local hotels were booked because the whole northern part of the state was basically out of power. We found this hotel and it has one vacancy. Then manager doubled the normal rate of the room but we needed something for the nigh so we accepted. We got our keys and went to our room. It in by far NOT a luxury stay but it was warmth. I was laying on the bed and
my daughter informed me their was a bug crawing on the wall. Sure enough it was a BEDBUG!!! I took a pic of it and I also googled a picture of it to verify and I was correct. At first the manager told me I had to wait till the am for maintenance for help. Then 5 minutes later he showed up and offered me pesticide spray. I then pulled the mattress and seen the droppings and blood spots along the back edge of the bed. We quickly gathered our belongings and left. The manager refunded our money. I will never go there again!!! I rather sleep in the cold darkness, which we did!!!!
