This location is now the Radisson, formerly Crown Plaza I assume. I found these reports/location by searching the address, not Radisson Hartford, CT. I stayed here the nights of 4/21/2014 and 4/22/2014 in room 402.

I stayed there one night and the next morning had some itchy bites on my legs and ankles but didn't really think anything of it. The next night/morning, I woke up with my ankles totally swollen and other bites on my legs. I looked myself for bedbugs or signs of them but honestly co

uldn't find any. I alerted the hotel and have since checked out and settled in a new hotel for the remainder of my trip to CT.

I asked that the hotel call me once the room had been officially investigated and let me know whether or not there were bed bugs either way. I received a call a few hours later saying they did not find any bed bugs or signs of them when the Maintenance/Housekeeping Director inspected. I asked that they call me tomorrow after it has been inspected by an outside source.

Basically I can't confirm that there are indeed beg bugs at this hotel, but I know I have bites that I did not have at the beginning of my trip! Hopefully I will know tomorrow!

I was bitten all over!โ€Žโ€Ž I stayed at this hotel on June 29th at room 908. By the morning of June 30th, I had killed 17 bed bugs throughout the night and by morning I found 5 more crawling on the pillow from the other bed which I scooped up into a glass and brought to the front desk. I was met by a female manager who gave no apology but said that they were ladybugs and that I should not be alarmed. I was extremely offended that she would have me believe these were ladybugs and was not concern

ed that these were indeed bedbugs that were crawling all over the room and onto my body as I was sleeping. These bugs had the appearance of small cockroaches. I googled 'hotel health hazards' on the computer and viewed a picture of bedbugs which were the same thing that I was holding into a glass. I only slept 2 hours that night and had to work 12 hours the next day. This hotel is disgusting and the morning manager entirely dismissive. I stayed at this hotel in room 804 on 10/21/2010. The morning of 10/22 I woke up to find a bed bug crawling across my bed. The Hotel manager was nice enough to take 25.00 off of my stay. Yea right!!! Thanks alot Crowne Plaza. I will NEVER stay at one again.
