Found 2 bed bugs in 3rd floor room in November 2015. Reported to staff who did nothing about it. Hotel is stonewalling.

Found a bedbug engorged with blood in room 222. Noticed that the dumpsters were full of mattresses. Manager said mattress in our room was new.
