On July 8, 2014: We walked up to our room to spot a bucket underneath aircon vents right outside our room... Ok. Facilities were apparently outdated... Alright, no big deal. The idea of what seemed like a good nights rest was immediately shattered when later that morning I spotted bites around my wrist and on my fingers. Gross. Completely gross. Bedbugs infested not one but the second room we were moved too. Night auditor was fantastic but manager was horrible and should be replaced immediately. Will never stay here again. Recommend staying someplace other than a hotel in Parker.
