We found a bed bug on the bed after we checked in in Fen 2014. When looking for the bug after my wife brushed it off the bed, I noticed the rug had many food particles that looked from the varying states of decay not to have been vacuumed too well or too often in a while. We packed up and left. They had no other hotels too put us up in so we left after midnight and had to drive several hours to another location. I asked for the manager to call me to discuss the bed bugs but never got a call. One
