I’ve stayed at this location on and off for about 3 months, A few days ago we got a new room we have never been in and the first night we saw a little bug, wasn’t sure what it was I thought maybe a tic, not really knowing much about tics or bed bugs since I’ve never encountered either... I flushed it down the toilet and didn’t think much about it. Next day I woke up with multiple bites on me and was worried so I searched and came across pictures of bed bugs. It was definitely a bed bug t

hat I saw and wasn’t sure what to do, we had 1 more night booked and paid for so we stayed not knowing how bad it was gonna get. I woke up the next morning with a few new bites. I started checking my bed and found a huge bed bug crawling on the pillow, I immediately took a picture and then flushed it down the toilet but was very disturbed knowing I was just sleeping in that bed. I have pictures of my bites and the bugs we found. The hotel staff apologized and was nice enough to give us a free night in a different room. I love this hotel and the staff is very nice to deal with, but I feel like they didn’t take it serious enough and we should have got our 3 night stay money back, or free 3 nights. We have to throw away most of our belongings and possibly cloths as we don’t want to bring this home or to anyone else/other hotel. I understand they aren’t at fault for the bed bugs being there, but I think they should have been more concerned about it and professional enough to atleast give us 3 free nights/money back. We have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and it’s the most convenient location for us right now before moving to a different state. I don’t want to ruin the hotel’s reputation or anything bad to come out of it but I do think people should know about this situation. Hopefully they get the bed bugs under control and pest control deals with it before it gets any worse or anybody else has to deal with the bugs. They are not fun and hard to get rid of, the bites are painful and annoying and I wouldn’t wish this to happen to anyone!!

10/19/2019 3 different rooms with bed bugs and mold!!!!!!

Stayed in June 2014 for 1 night. When we got home I found a bed bug. This is the only place we had stayed in several months and a very thorough search and top to bottom cleaning produced no other bugs.

04/23/2011
Found 3 bedbugs found and bagged and handed into the office. Switched rooms, we will see about this one but I have a ton of bites on my back!!! Yuck!

01/31/11 - room 147. Small smears on blood on both beds' sheets, also on a pillowcase. Also some tiny black specks.
