I stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Oct 25-27, 2019. I never saw any bed bugs, but after my stay numerous bites appeared on my arms, neck, and face-- over 100 bites. I had a strong allergic reaction to the bites requiring medical treatment and my doctor told me they were bug bites. I contacted the hotel several times about my concerns, but did not follow up. I would like to say that they ruled out bed bugs; however, their failure to follow up with me is very concerning and suspicious.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza LA Harbor for 1 night(29 Jan 14). Room looked very clean, no stains on the pillow cases or sheets. Woke up at 4am to get ready for work, saw a bed bug crawling on the right side of the bed out of the sheets area; headed towards the side of the mattress. I luckily wasn't bit; I was on a king bed and didn't sleep under the sheets or comforter, and was only sleeping on 1 side of the bed. I've had an experience in the past. The bed bug was medium sized dark brown. I didn't

have time to put in a formal complaint with the hotel. However I did send an email to IHG about the incident who supposedly notified the Hotel Management. Room 531; bed bugs most likely living in the mattress or headboard.
