We found 4 bed bugs before we even end fell asleep. The staff was extremely rude and at one point that the man at the front office asked us to leave the hotel before we found a new hotel.

I stayed in this location in June of 2013. upon checking in, I looked on this website and saw there was an incident in january of 2013. That post is now not there. I inquired about it and the hotel clerk assured us the hotel was under new management now and the problem had been fixed. They staff is very gracious and helpful. We checked the rooms and indeed the mattresses were new and even had protected coverings over them. I stayed in room 300. We stayed 3 nights. My roommate in my room put he

r suitcase on the metal luggage rack, however I placed mine on the upholstered foot stool and chair in the room. I noticed 3 bites on my arm the 2nd day I was there, but assumed it was mosquitos as it was very humid that week. However, new bites are popping up daily. I arrived home on Tuesday and every day from then on a new bite (when googled were confirmed as bedbug bites) would show up on me. Can take up to 10 days for bites to appear after being bitten. She reports no bites, but I have almost 20 all over my body.
I am not sure if I brought any critters home with me, but I reccommend that anyone staying in this hotel stay clear of the upholstered furniture. It's the only thing that I touched that she didn't and I have bites. I am now heating and powdering everything I own.

Room 303 is HEAVILY infested - my wife got 52 bites in under 4 hours on the night of June 7-8. I miraculously remained unbitten.

We moved to room 320 for the remaining two days. Mistake! There were bedbugs there, too. Both me and my wife were bitten this time, but a little less - looks like bedbugs haven't yet spread too much to that area.

As a side note, manager was rude and unapologetic. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Checked in and took a shower in room 202. Went to pull the sheets back to get ihto bed and saw two bedbugs crawling across the sheet underneath. Talked to the manager before leaving with a refund. He directed us to call expedia to get our money back. They called him and he confirmed that the hotel is indeed infested with bedbugs. Horrible experience.
